We are looking for seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (CMA preferred) to join our team Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented clinic where patient care, efficiency, and professionalism are held to a very high standard. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in their work.

The ideal Candidate
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in phlebotomy (5–10 draws per day)
Experience with IM injections and vital signs
Comfortable with patient intake, including medical history and medication reconciliation
Experience with phone triage and documenting patient interactions clearly in an EHR
Strong computer skills (Mac experience and/or NextGen MediTouch is a plus)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinical environment
Daily Responsibilities
Patient intake: vitals, medical history, medication entry
Blood draws and IM injections
Managing incoming patient calls and documenting accurately in the EHR
Coordinating with providers to relay patient information and follow up
Scanning and organizing lab results
Assisting with overall clinic flow and patient experience
